: A holiday special train between Ahmadabad – Mangaluru Junction – Ahmadabad will operate on a weekly basis on Konkan Railway route to clear extra rush of passengers during Pooja/diwali festival in co-ordination with Western Railway.
Train 09415 Ahmadabad – Mangaluru Junction special train will leave Ahmadabad at 4.15pm on October 11, 18, 25 and November 1, 8, 15, and 22. The train will reach Mangaluru Junction at 7.30pm up to October 31 and 5.30pm on next day from November 1.
Train 09416 Mangaluru junction – Ahmadabad special train will leave from Mangaluru junction at 11pm up to October 31 and at 6.35pm from October 12, 19, 26, and November 2, 9, 16, and 23. Train will reach Ahmadabad at 3.45am on third day up to October 31 and 11.15pm on second day from November 1.
The train will halt at Nadiad, Anand, Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Vapi, Dahanu Road, Boisar, Vasai Road, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameshwar, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Thivim, Karmali, Madgaon, Karwar, Kumta, Bhatkal, Mookambika Road Byndoor and Udupi stations. The train will have 16 coaches.
