Please take it as my suggestion; hope you may think upon it and the chairpersons and authorised authority shall make a clue out of my proposal and may be helpful for our posterity and our society.
Class 4th is meant for those who are above 35 whether 10th, 12th, PG. Those who are at the verge to expiry and have firmly taken oath in court that they shall never opt for other positions nor claim for their promotions on the basis of their higher qualification. Their higher qualification should term null and void.. The 10/12th should be authenticated their mandatory qualification that is necessiated for the job. If taken 10th and 12th as basic qualification for candidates who are in their 18 or above upto 30yrs, they have more chances to go deep into the studies and for research ahead or in their current tenure of studies while Pursuing their studies in higher secondary schools, colleges or universities. Those who are unable and are apprehended with their career because of some sort of tragedies occured in their life or had feen suffering of austerity or some other conditions, despite achieved graduation and post graduation, and have now attained the age of maturity and their career is on stake and will be overaged in few years, i think the class 4th posts should be given to them as they highly deserve because of their fate has made them in such a way that they will surely be grateful to have even class 4 position to help them settle life with dignity that is right for all. Furthermore, the students as per the now-a-days system, are going to be allocated on class 4 positions that is an evil for our society; the system axes on their career to get settled on meagre low positions despite their wisdom is still unmature that grows up with the passage of time after getting in confrontation with the life situations. I hope jkssb will think upon my suggestion and shall try not to accommodate Pursuing students and minor age candidates for class 4th jobs as they hv their span and shall be liable to struggle for their fittest till the age 35 that should be meant as an eligible age to apply for class 4th positions. Sir I am from baramulla before 1 year I was filled a form of jkssb post of wildlife guard .But after one year there have no exam date released yet.and know a days jkssb released new posts of wildlife guard.
