The MWC is a non-government organisation whose mission is to champion fair employment practices and the well-being of migrant workers in Singapore. The MWC does this by pursuing 4 main thrusts, namely:
Fairness
Promoting equitable employment practices as well as awareness of migrant workers’ employment related rights.
Assistance
Providing interim humanitarian assistance and aid for distressed migrant workers.
Integration
Promoting social integration through the provision of social support networks and structures.
Representation
Advocating for fair resolution and assertion of migrant workers’ rights.
