I am Sarath my Job no. SOLDRF301121W003. several times i mail this address but no body reply. my frigid handed over Gampaha service center before 3 month ago, because of no cooling. after 2 1/2 month they bring back. they change Compressor (but under warranty period). they charge from me 12050.00 + 1850.00 transport charges also. but problem as it is. I working in Electricity Board. I got knowledge they fix wrong compressor. Compressor S.No BSA057NHMV. my freezer Model GL-B282RPCK . its big freezer. what my idea they fix small compressor for this freezer. I don’t know why they cheated us. You are world wide company. how we believe you. now your Colombo service center no answer my phone call. Ragama abans dealer simply pass problem. how we recommended Abans trade name. This is poor customer service. Cannot get though to the service center.
I gave a job of repairing a washing machine at Negombo today 22/09/2022 and they are saying the parts are not there.what should I do? After spending more than 4lks for a dryer washing machine, is this the way you’ll treat a customer.? It’s with regret I inform you that this poor service of you’ll will be complain to the higher authority and the media as well if you are not going to attend to this.
