I want to talk with aramex team whoever responsible for delivering team management. I have delivery tomorrow, the delivery guy came and said i have to reschedule for my delivery. I want my delivery today.
When they send us to choose a date then why they are not able to deliver on the same date. This is a nonprofessional attitude. I made myself available during the delivery scheduled time but did not get anything and when tracked the order then only came to know that it is rescheduled and will be delivered on the following day. At least they should have courtesy to inform the customer through call or message. No tomorrow I will not be at home during the scheduled hours and need my parcel urgently.

An employee, I assume the delivery guy, called me this morning and was extremely rude and argumentative when I was just explaining my address does come up on maps apps. He insisted how is he supposed to do that. Then he hung up on me. This is your customer service. I get deliveries all the time without confusion about the address and without this appalling lack of manners. This sort of thing has happened a few times now. Do you train employees at all???

So this aramex guy I talked to over the phone was very rude and arrogant. He was asking where to get my passport as he needs confirmation about my address and so I told him that I am at work and he should get it from me as I am on duty and then he was screaming at me over the phone and he said so many times that he could not hear me but I think he can hear me perfectly. He is just plain rude and arrogant! Thats what he is! This kind of people must be fired the soonest possible! You see the reason why I paid so much for the convenience fee and courier is because I want to skip all those trouble in travelling and other negative things I might encounter while picking up my renewed passport. This kind of attitude is not acceptable. I hate this guy! Take note he should be removed from his job. +971562501895 this is his number
