  1. Good day. I need your assistance regarding a package I sent in March 21, 2022 from St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. It was received/picked up by the recipient on March 26, 2022 in Sharjah, UAE. I received the delivery status of my shipment ad the proof of delivery through email. I used these documents for my divorce case but the judge did not accept the documents because the name of the recipient was not written or mentioned in the delivery report.
    I was informed by my lawyer that I needed more proof like showing the name of the recipient. When I tried to contact customer service, I was informed that the transaction is more than 90 days and there is no way or nothing they can do. I even went to my local DHL to ask for help.
    My special request is to provide me a short certification that the transaction is accessible through the tracking ID/air waybill #1038263015 that represents the sender Maria Cristina Samson and the recipient Reynaldo Samson in all the records. I still have the original copy with me.
