  1. My Office at 18 Boon Lay Way, Tradehub21. There are 2 main entrance parking gantry at Tradehub21. One of them had been spoilt for the last 2 week. The remaining entrance gantry also failed or slow down on opening now. As a result, early morning from 8.45 to 10.30am, the traffic entering Tradehub21 hog the main rooad till Chevron and Clementi Road. Can the Authority get Tradehub21 to do something to their inability to repair their entrance gantry or open up the gantry if they cannot afford to repair it. Do something and do not waste the public time on the road. This is non-productive and they just don’t care.

  2. On 14 Dec 2021, I was issued a traffic offence at Lorong 25A Geylang and it was waived off due to good record.

    16 Feb 2022 same location (Notice No 922002747092)
    19 Feb 2022 same location (Notice No 9220274733)
    All these notices were mailed to my old address @ 50 Bt. Batok St. 31 #14-06 (S659442) which i’m not aware off the offences I had committed.
    If LTA had notified me to my new address which I had informed ICA and had issued me the sticker with the change date :04/09/2021, I would not commit these repeated offences.
    My son had help to submit for an appeal but was not successful.
    I’m writing for another appeal and do hope the Authority can kindly reconsider my explanation and waive off these fines.

  4. A complaint from Senior Citizen,

    Service 30 vehicle SBS7721H, at Joo chat complex the driver didn’t stop, even though I flag a hand. I was running towards facing the drivers. He saw me and purposely look at the right side and moved on. I hope that this won’t want happens to another commuter. All bus drivers need to educate in customer service training.

  5. Hi. on 26/8/2022@ 4.15pm, 1 of our vehicle was to parking at the loading bay at Arab street. while entering the loading bay . The road caved in at the front of the vehicle (left tyre). The vehicle was stuck! Our Driver called LTA at around 430pm and till 930pm there was no action taken or any help rendered. . after waiting for almost 5 hrs, we had to call in a tow truck to pull the vehicle out.. we had to pay the tow truck charges as well. please advise to whom i can write to regrading this matter, i have photos and nearby store owners witnessed the caving in of the road. please advise soonest

  6. Hi, I’ve been trying to contact via the LTA Hotline number (1800 62225582) to reach out any of LTA Officer to inform him or her that I can’t attend for inspection today. Yesterday around 6.20pm one of your LTA officer who is on patrol at that time issued me the Enforcement Notice S/N LTA 0004348 when I’m on my way to Malaysia to visit my grandma who is now on Critical Cancer stage 4.
