  2. Please can you deliver my shein order or you share your office address I pick up. Its been long since I received a message that you have my delivery from shein!!

  3. This Courier is huge mistake to put this kind of service.

    Support team was totally ridiculous, I sent 13 emails in regards with my parcel from Shein and I received 3 replies including the auto reply message.

    My Parcel was arrived 16th of December 2021, they failed to delivery on 19th co’z I was in the office. And I advised to deliver on the following day. From 20 up to this date, I’m sending them a follow up emails but no replay at all.

    The provided contact details is just a displayed,. It’s ringing but no one answered it. Every day I coordinate as well with Qpost thru calls and on 27th they advised me that its out for delivery and I waited up to 9:00 o’clock in the evening, and no calls at all from their part. Qpost doesn’t have any contact number for PostaPlus so I used email to address all my concern and raised a ticket for complain in Shein.

    I checked the tracking order in Shein. I got pissed of. They are liar to put a remarks there that it’s failed to deliver for 2nd time in reason of no answer on the telephone.

    This service was totally unacceptable, the employee was selfish and they don’t care about the reputation of the company into their actions. They are working not with their hearts, there are only into their deceiving mind just to finish their works even telling a lie.

    A lot of complaints into this Courier maybe this is the time to evaluate your service.

    Anyway, to finish it. I did not received my parcel until now. And I have plan to cancel the order, trying to sort everything in Shein.
