The IRCTC has constructed IRCTC Guest House, Food Station and Shopping Lounge at First Floor of Katra Railway Station and are offering their services at very reasonable rates.

Three types of dormitories are available:
1) Ac Dormitory – AC Dormitory-with inside bathroom having fifteen (15) beds at Rs. 300/- per bed. AC Dormitory has lockable Wardrobe
2) Non Ac Dormitory – Non-AC dormitory with common bathroom having twenty two (22) beds at Rs. 175/- per bed.
3) Ladies dormitory – Non-AC dormitory with common bathroom having six (06) beds at Rs. 175/- per bed.
Non AC Dormitory has lockable Wardrobe; facility of towel, bed-sheet, pillow slip and blanket shall be provided on the deposit of security amount.
Family Room (Air-conditioned)
Three types of family rooms are also available:
1) 03-Bedded Room – 03 beds in each room with common bathroom @ Rs. 1000/- per room.
2) 06-Bedded Room – 06 beds in each room with common bathroom @ Rs. 1800/- per room.
3) 04-Bedded Room – 04 beds in each room with attached bathroom @ Rs. 2000/- per room.
