Special trains from Chennai to Thiruvananthapuram, Ahmedabad

Southern Railway will operate special trains between Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram, and Chennai and Ahmedabad to clear the extra rush of passengers.

No 06075 Thiruvananthapuram-Chennai Central superfast special train will leaveThiruvananthapuram at 7pm on October 28 and reach Chennai Central at 11.30am the next day.

No 06076 Chennai Central-Thiruvananthapuram superfast special train will leave Chennai Central at 3.15pm on October 29 and reach Thiruvananthapuram at 7.45am the next day.

The trains will have two AC 2-tier, three AC 3-tier, 12 sleeper class, two general second class and two luggage-cum-brake van coaches. They will stop at Kollam, Kayamkulam, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Changanassery, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi and Arakkonam.

No 06075 Thiruvananthapuram – Chennai Central superfast special train will stop at Perambur also.

No 06098 Chennai Central-Ahmedabad superfast special train will leave Chennai Central at 8pm on October 10 and reach Ahmedabad at 5.35am on October 12.

The train will have 11 sleeper class, three general second class and two luggage-cum-brake van coaches and will have halts at Vijayawada, Warangal, Balharshah, Badnera, Bhusaval, Nandurbar, Surat, Anand and Nadiad.
