  6. Very unhappy!! They mess up with my parcel and then you can’t get hold of anyone to sort it out. Keep phoning and they cut a person off the whole time. It’s like they don’t want to sort out their problem.

Am not happy with the Courier Guy in Cape Town..I have been waiting for my parcel since yesterday,I really do not understand what going on,Am fuming ,the is no communication on their end ,whats so ever.I have been calling them since yesterday and they have been telling me the same thing that my parcel is on its way ,but I havebt received it ,till now.This is so unprofessional.

    • Always use your brilliant service. But it’s time you clean house in Rustenburg. Whenever I send a parcel that side, there’s unexplained delays, nobody bothers to answer phones, no updates on the tracking website. Once again, parcelclying in Rustenburg for 6 (SIX) days! I know it’s just this branch because parcels I send anywhere else gets delivered fast, safe and intact.

  9. I am very unhappy with the service. I have been calling since Tuesday no one picks the phone in Pinetown branch. Our parcels are delayed. I always have these problems with courier guy.

  10. The courier guy is the worse courier service… they don’t reply to messages… they don’t answer your calls… im waiting two weeks for a parcel that is at their hub… when I call they don’t want to give Head office number… forever putting me on hold..

  11. @jhb@thecourierguy.co.za – PLEASE, PLEASE!!!! assist here, i am so frustrated with the inconsistencies here 

    First my weight was incorrect, i chose standard flyer size 2kg, my weight is 0.55kgs – im underweight by 1.45kgs – i have asked Lourika for the difference and she has still not given this to me and cannot explain why i should pay extra
    Second, i was informed by Lourika i chose the incorrect option of overnight which was supposed to be R310 but appeared as R218.50 and i did a card transaction online for R218.50 she cannot explain why theres a difference today 
    And now, the dimension of the flyer bag is incorrect, please bare in mind that this was not changed on my end, how does a standard flyer size increase? and why would i need to pay extra for this, its fitted in a fluer bag with extra space for more items?
    There is no solid reason for the extra charge of R92? there is so many inconsistencies and i cannot get to the bottom of why i need to pay R92 extra on top of R218.50 already paid for?
    the weight chosen is 2kg – more then enough to cover what the actual weight is?
    Please someone give me clarity i am struggling to understand this for 2 days now

  13. This is very unrealisable service with racist admin lady who answers calls for polokwane branch who is very rude since I send my parcel
    And it has not been delivered imagine I am losing a business when I call polokwane branch the lady keeps on dropping the calls

Service in Johannesburg and Newcastle is like barrie shit, booked a collection overnight from jhb to Newcastle, it’s been 5 fkn days and I don’t have my parcel and people and couriers guys don’t know where the parcel is, all thy can tell me the driver scanned the item and never brought it to warehouse, this is a big company how can this happen, I have to call all the time, pathetic service, I will change and use other courier service

  15. Been using Courier Guy for over 16 years, as well as Pudo and to be honest, it has become a shambles off late, parcels missing, clients having to drive to the Joburg hub to try and trace there parcels, plus you cant get hold of no one no where

  18. I’ve been waiting for my package since Thursday today is Monday I just got a call from one of ur guys saying that my package is in Seshego instead of Sesheng courier guy Durban is so unprofessional last time my package was in cape Town now this…I’m very disappointed with your service man

  20. The courier guy is surely making to much money. This company sends a package as follow:
    Pick up richardsbay to warden ofs. This is the route the package take:
    Richards bay to Durban.
    Durban to Johannesburg (past warden and harrismith)
    Johannesburg to secunda
    Secunda back to johannesburg
    Johannesburg past warden back to harrismith.
    Harrismith to bethlehem
    Bethlehem to warden to be delivered.
    ALL FOR THE DISCOUNTED PRICE OF R60. WITH THE PETROL PRICE IN THESE TIMES ITS A HELL OF A BARGAIN WONT YOU AGREE. JUST SAD THAT IT WIL TAKE ALMOST 7 WORKING DAYS WHERE IT IS SUPPOSED TO TAK 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS.

  21. EXTREMELY BAD BAD SERVICE. RUSTENBURG BRANCH IS A DISASTER. FROM THE 11TH TO THIS DAY THE ENVELOPE HAS NOT BEEN FOUND. THYE DONT CAAL BACK I CALL THME AT LEAST 4 TIMES A DAY AND KEEP PASSING THE BUCK. TODAY IS THE 26TH. NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. I AM TAKING THEM TO HELLO PETER IF I DONT GET POSITIVE RESPONSE TODAY.

  22. I always received good service ftom Courier Giy, but on 22 August 2022 they mishandled a wellpacked antique wooden statue, charging me R170, and causing total damage to it. Not taking any responsibility or ownership by refunding me the R920 cost. If you don’t make right, you’ll loose more than one customer, it’s gonna cost you business in the long run.
