    I call the rider on 1st April, he said right now I don’t have your parcel. I will deliver it to you tomorrow. I said ok. From that time I was waiting for my parcel. I again track the parcel on the trax website, the status says ‘unsuccessful delivery ‘.
    How is that possible? I didn’t go anywhere, no one knock the door, no one call.

    Then where is the parcel. I need it on urgent basis. Right now I whatsapp the rider he said I don’t know where is your parcel may be in head office…..

    This happen to me 2nd time….really unprofessional attitude.
    So let me know, what I have to do? Or what you are going to do against this complain?

    Will you Just ignore this message?
    Or sending me my parcel….

  6. They had my shipment from Easypaisa. I got a message from them saying that I had received my shipment but in fact I didn’t have. Emailed them but no one replied. Hope they get out of service ASAP. They don’t deserve to be in business.

    • Realy a bad servise, it is 11 days ago and my parcel is not recieced. They called and say take it from office by yourself. Cheap service cheap workers

Main ne life ma ist time itna bikar service dekha na to home delivery kar rahe hain ma ne kaha chalo office se ja k apna parsal collect kar lety hain idhar aa k office pa tala laga ha duty k time par call kya to kahta ha k office ma hon ma office to band ha call kat deya phr kitni bar try ke call he atend nahe kar raha 1 ghanta 30 mint se office k samny wait kar raha hon par koe ,,,,,,,, zero 0000000

  9. I ordered from beechtree and made payment to the rider…. the parcel was 5796 ….. i gave him 6000 he had no change so he said he would return with 200 rupees…..he didn’t return and now he is not picking up my phone……. his name is Muhammad imran Khan…. phone no. 03323258926 …….

    I want to lodge a complaint regarding shipment No 20228817446986 sent by Perfume Hub, Karachi (Contact No 0318-3823438. This shipment was delivered to me yesterday by your rider; Mr Muhammad Mahboobulha, 03345308626. However, Mr Mahboob used the number 0314-6341108 for communicating with me.

    Firstly, the perfumes sent by this shipment were fake and when I contacted at the number of the shipper mentioned on the shipment, it turned out to be your receptionist who booked this fraudulent shipment. He should have mentioned the actual contact number of the shipper for tracking instead of his own number. This is very unprofessional and is not expected from a responsible business enterprise. The perfumes were sold through Facebook marketers therefore, the contact number of the shipper was essential to trace their whereabouts to track this fraud.

    Secondly, the rider; Mr Mahboob delivered the shipment at my home; located in Naval Anchorage, Islamabad whereas the address mentioned on the shipment was “…………Phase 7, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi”. Please note that I didn’t give my home address to the sender and same was also not mentioned on the shipment then I am amazed how did Mr Mahboob got my home address and went to deliver the shipment at my home. When Mr Mahboob contact me regarding delivery of the shipment, I asked him to deliver at my Bahria Town address mentioned on the shipment but he refused and went ahead to deliver at my home. This is a serious invasion of my privacy and want it to be investigated as to how Mr Mahboob got my home address and why he didn’t deliver at the address mentioned on the shipment.

    Both of the above incidents are highly unprofessional on your behalf and would like to hear why this happened and what steps have you taken in this regard. I have also lodged a formal compliant yesterday at your UAN 111-118-729 regarding the delivery issue but since I wasn’t issued any complaint ID nor I have been contacted again, I have been compelled to write this to you.

    I look forward for a prompt response and action from your side.

I’m daily updated that my service is out of delivery after that late in night the tracker shows no one picked up the parcel and hence returned, confirmation pending again the same circle for 7 days or more. If one has to go out of the city with their parcel by a week plz never try TRAX because they deliver in 10 days or more
